What we collect. When you call one of our client businesses, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, and details about your appointment request so we can confirm and remind you of appointments.
How we use it. Your information is used solely to send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages related to the business you contacted. We do not use your phone number for marketing unrelated to your appointment.
No sharing or selling. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the specific business you contacted and with service providers (such as our messaging platform) strictly to deliver these messages.
