Big Ideas Start Here.
Podcast? Marketing? Either way, this call gets you moving.
Three steps, and that’s the whole thing.
You don’t need experience. We’ll go through the format on the pre-production call, so you’re not working it out on the day.
Book, and tell us about your show
One booking covers the pre-production call and your session date. We’ll talk through your format, your guests and what you want out of it, so the room’s already set up for your project when you walk in.
Show up and talk
Two hours, up to three cameras, an engineer in the room and a producer on video sessions. You bring the idea and your guest, and we’ll handle the audio, the lighting and the cameras.
Get it back in two to three days
One finished 16:9 episode and your social clips. Show intros, lower thirds and graphics are there too, depending on the package.
Podcasts are just what most people book it for
The room doesn’t know the difference between an interview and a training video. Same cameras, same crew, same turnaround, whatever you came in to make.
Pick how you want to start

What Launch Day would cost you to put together yourself
Built in this room
We didn’t have an audience. We got more than 190,000 views anyway.
You don’t need an audience. You just need to start.
One viral clip can happen to anybody. What matters is whether strangers keep turning up, and on this show they do. Almost nobody watching followed us first.
The algorithms put the show in front of strangers, and they stopped and watched. That’s the part you can’t buy, and it started in this room.
The questions everyone asks before their first session
Is there a podcast studio near Trinity, New Port Richey or Tampa, FL?
Yes. Vilardi Digital Studios is a professional audio and video podcast studio at 3622 Galileo Dr, Suite 101, New Port Richey, FL 34655. It's a few minutes from Trinity and about 40 minutes north of Tampa. Every session includes an engineer, and video sessions add a producer. The studio also records Vilardi Digital's own shows: the Vilardi Digital Podcast, All Tangent and VTV.
What equipment does Vilardi Digital Studios have?
Vilardi Digital Studios records on up to three Sony 4K cameras for multi-camera angles. Audio runs up to four RØDE PodMic microphones with pop filters through a RØDECaster Pro II, with studio monitoring headphones for every seat. The room is acoustically treated and has pro studio lighting, a TV screen, a livestream switcher, a teleprompter and a green screen.
How much does it cost to rent a podcast studio in Tampa Bay?
Most people book a finished episode rather than hours. First Episode is $795 and gets you a two hour session, a full multi-camera edit, three social clips and a thumbnail back in three business days. Launch Day is $2,495 for four finished episodes recorded in one afternoon, which works out at $624 each. If you only want the space and you have your own editor, the room and an engineer are $225 an hour with a two hour minimum, and you take the raw synced files home the same day.
Does Vilardi Digital Studios offer a monthly plan for weekly shows?
Yes. The Show is $2,295 a month and covers four finished episodes recorded on one afternoon, twelve social clips, four thumbnails, priority booking and delivery in three business days. That works out at $574 per episode. If you want us posting it as well, Distribution is $395 a month and covers YouTube, Spotify and Apple with titles, descriptions, chapters and thumbnails handled for you.
Can I use the studio for business videos instead of a podcast?
Yes. Launch Day is $2,495 and gives you an afternoon in the studio plus four finished videos and twelve social clips, shot and directed by the crew. It suits realtors, advisors, attorneys, clinics and contractors who want content without starting a show. Every booking includes the raw files and a full transcript.
Can Vilardi Digital Studios edit and produce my podcast?
Yes. Vilardi Digital Studios offers post-production as an add-on to any session: mixing, mastering, video editing, graphics and short social clips. The Partnership Plan includes full post-production every month. Editing pricing is quoted on a studio call.
Can I livestream or bring in remote guests at Vilardi Digital Studios?
Yes. Vilardi Digital Studios can add livestreaming with live camera switching, plus remote guests, to a session. Ask about it on the studio call and it will be set up before you arrive.
Do I get the raw footage from my studio session?
Yes. Every Vilardi Digital Studios session includes raw files: synced audio and video for video sessions, and raw audio for audio sessions. Files are delivered on your external drive or by cloud.
How do I book Vilardi Digital Studios?
Booking starts with a short studio call to learn about your project and make sure the room is the right fit. If it's a match, the next step is an in-person tour of the studio in New Port Richey. Book the studio call at vilardidigital.com.
